It seems now a long time since we held the Jusan Technology Seminar here in Madrid at the end of February, but in terms of some of the ideas and suggestions that came out of the group discussions, it almost seems like yesterday.
As always at Jusan we continue to keep the R&D team busy, above all to meet specific market needs, but also to incorporate requests and suggestions that come to us through our partner network. This year has seen particular emphasis on the Call Recording range with the new Recall Digital and Recall IP now available, although new products have also been added to the CTI and IVR ranges respectively as well as various new features for Fidelity Call Center and Fidelity Telemarketing.
