Pomona Episaveur

Almost half of all Fidelity installations made through our French partner Adictis have been made on Ericsson MD Evolution PBXs and the case of Pomona Episaveur is no exception. Pomona, a nationwide food distribution company with headquarters based near Lens in the north of France has a multi-site Fidelity installation with 16 agents on the main site and 4 on the other with Ericsson MD Evolution PBXs being used in both locations. For this type of installation the Fidelity CTI server is located at the main site and a slave version + call queue hardware unit is used at the other.
