It is a pleasure to enjoy the new platform and we are looking forward to exchange our experience regularly.
We already start Fidelity business in Germany and we are really convinced about features and handling of Fidelity.
Also our customer is very happy with his new Call Center solution and we will write a success story with our partner.
First project was with Aastra DeTeWe OpenCom 1000 PBX because their integrated solution is quite limited (max. 6 calls in queue, no real statistics, no supervisor, no Agent Desktop). Customers may be able to start with this cheap solution but if they grow up it is not efficient.
Maybe we can create a list together with some USP’s of Fidelity compare to other integrated or external call center solutions.
Telecommunication business will be difficult in 2009 and applications are added value for our customers (in our case indirect sales to resellers). We have the experience that they are open for new business because they must cover the profit loss of standard products.
So we are sure we can convince more customers with the right strategy and arguments for new Fidelity projects…
