Fidelity - on track

Since the beginning of the year the Fidelity Call Center product range has increased its share in international markets with the first installations in both Holland (Zetacom) and in Germany (Corporate Music), as well as increased sales in the French market (Adictis). I shall try to make details of these installations available soon.

Nationally demand has been steady during the first quarter, although it seems that the highly customizable campaign data forms available with the Telemarketing module are attracting most attention at the moment.

Spain still remains well behind the majority of its European counterparts in terms of the ratio of call center extensions as a percentage of all PBX extensions, but the difference in 2008 was somewhat less, and in general this percentage is tending to increase in all European countries.

So although 2009 sees the telecoms sector and the world economy as a whole in the grip of this deep recession, the Fidelity roadmap for the moment remains more or less on course.
