It was implemented on a large assurance company Signal Iduna – the reqest was to improve the customer calls flow, offer customize music on hold and record 4 extensions from the company.
The solution was to offer them two product from Jusan - 4 ports Fonomail Proattendant used for auttoattendant and music on hold, and the Recall CTI used for record calls of the the 4 operators – all this for increase the customer satisfaction, training and evaluation of the operators.
