eNewsletter - September 09

Autumn is just around the corner and the summer holidays seem a long time ago now so to help get back into the swing we’ve just published our latest newsletter which features a particularly interesting project undertaken in collaboration with Siemens for “Metro de Madrid”, the company which provides the underground network here in the Spanish capital. Also featured is the launch of CL10 Media, our latest callshop model, and information about our special 50th anniversary promotion that includes a series of special offers to be announced over the next few months. First project of this year of Romservice Telecomunicatii - Romania


It was implemented on a large assurance company Signal Iduna – the reqest was to improve the customer calls flow, offer customize music on hold and record 4 extensions from the company.

The solution was to offer them two product from Jusan - 4 ports Fonomail Proattendant used for auttoattendant and music on hold, and the Recall CTI used for record calls of the the 4 operators – all this for increase the customer satisfaction, training and evaluation of the operators.

Fidelity / Germany

Dear Jusan Team & Forum Members,

It is a pleasure to enjoy the new platform and we are looking forward to exchange our experience regularly.

We already start Fidelity business in Germany and we are really convinced about features and handling of Fidelity.

Also our customer is very happy with his new Call Center solution and we will write a success story with our partner.

First project was with Aastra DeTeWe OpenCom 1000 PBX because their integrated solution is quite limited (max. 6 calls in queue, no real statistics, no supervisor, no Agent Desktop). Customers may be able to start with this cheap solution but if they grow up it is not efficient.

Maybe we can create a list together with some USP’s of Fidelity compare to other integrated or external call center solutions.

Telecommunication business will be difficult in 2009 and applications are added value for our customers (in our case indirect sales to resellers). We have the experience that they are open for new business because they must cover the profit loss of standard products.

So we are sure we can convince more customers with the right strategy and arguments for new Fidelity projects…

Fidelity - on track

Since the beginning of the year the Fidelity Call Center product range has increased its share in international markets with the first installations in both Holland (Zetacom) and in Germany (Corporate Music), as well as increased sales in the French market (Adictis). I shall try to make details of these installations available soon.

Nationally demand has been steady during the first quarter, although it seems that the highly customizable campaign data forms available with the Telemarketing module are attracting most attention at the moment.

Spain still remains well behind the majority of its European counterparts in terms of the ratio of call center extensions as a percentage of all PBX extensions, but the difference in 2008 was somewhat less, and in general this percentage is tending to increase in all European countries.

So although 2009 sees the telecoms sector and the world economy as a whole in the grip of this deep recession, the Fidelity roadmap for the moment remains more or less on course.
