CeBIT & SITI/asLAN

This year has begun with our renewed participation at two of our sector’s main trade shows, CeBIT - Deutsche Messe in Hannover, Germany and the SITI/asLAN fair at the IFEMA showground in Madrid.

CeBIT, the most emblematic European show for the ICT sector and the digital industry's biggest, most international event, opened its doors to the public from the 1st to the 5th of March, and served as the perfect backdrop for us to present all the latest models and versions of our Fidelity Call Center range and the Recall family of call recording solutions.

Equally, at the SITI/asLAN show in Madrid, which in recent years has become the most important event for the ICT and networking sectors in Spain, apart from the full Jusan range of solutions for the telephony sector, we also took the opportunity to showcase a range of state of the art Wireless LAN solutions for the Spanish market.

Technology Seminar

It seems now a long time since we held the Jusan Technology Seminar here in Madrid at the end of February, but in terms of some of the ideas and suggestions that came out of the group discussions, it almost seems like yesterday.

As always at Jusan we continue to keep the R&D team busy, above all to meet specific market needs, but also to incorporate requests and suggestions that come to us through our partner network. This year has seen particular emphasis on the Call Recording range with the new Recall Digital and Recall IP now available, although new products have also been added to the CTI and IVR ranges respectively as well as various new features for Fidelity Call Center and Fidelity Telemarketing.

CallStream Mobiles

Working closely with our Norwegian partners Telefonselskapet and the global mobile carrier Telenor, Jusan has now developed the necessary software to be able to incorporate the status of cell phones in the busy lamp field panel on the popular PC based operator CallStream. Field trials were carried out at Telenor before the summer with the first “real” installations being made on existing CallStream sites starting last September.

Currently we are looking at possible collaborations with other large scale mobile operators in different countries.

Pomona Episaveur

Almost half of all Fidelity installations made through our French partner Adictis have been made on Ericsson MD Evolution PBXs and the case of Pomona Episaveur is no exception. Pomona, a nationwide food distribution company with headquarters based near Lens in the north of France has a multi-site Fidelity installation with 16 agents on the main site and 4 on the other with Ericsson MD Evolution PBXs being used in both locations. For this type of installation the Fidelity CTI server is located at the main site and a slave version + call queue hardware unit is used at the other.
